Event Title: The Breadth of Bubbly: a deep dive into sparkling winemaking

This event will feature a roster of well-regarded winemakers, sparkling wine experts and leading packaging consultants who will help us break down sparkling winemaking and packaging. We will focus on winemaking across all sparkling styles: traditional method, charmat, method ancestral (pétillant-naturel) and force carbonation.
